Alena visits - 12:16 p.m. 10.29.2002
Phew. Let's see here. I've got a whole damn story to tell. . .
First off, Alena just left. Aww. But, she was here for the weekend, so yay! For the most part a mellow weekend. We caught a movie and dinner the night she arrived. And holy shit, The Ring is officially the scariest movie I have ever seen. And I'm not scared by movies much. The last time I had to rationalize a movie to myself during was, like, fifth grade Jurrasic Park at midnight. Eek!

My roommate was very cool about letting Alena and I have the room. I gotta thank him for that. Sleeping with Alena is the best. A lot of the time, I love just laying with Alena more than even, well, er, sex. Then again, I love laying with Alena after sex most of all, so I guess that makes it easier to explain at least.

Monday night (last night), we went to the MSI concert at the Pound SF. I think this officially makes me a groupy. First off, at the BART station: wow. A thirteen year old kid just tried to sell us some porno. I mean, what kind of porno could it be that someone underage could get for someone of age? Well, besides underage porn, heh. Really though, I have to say the most incredible part of this guy was this: a had lougy tricks he could do. I mean, I can only assume they were tricks. He was slobbering the thing around the entire time he talked. And everytime he finished a "trick", he'd either smile or grunt "aaah" like he messed up. Clearly there was a right and a wrong way to play with your spit. I just wish I knew which was which. You never know when a scout is looking on.
Then, the concert. It was kinda hard to get to, and the place was kind of a hole, but good times. Deadsy and MSI both played great sets. And Alena actually got way into it. I've never seen her truly excited in a crowd. Woo! And all the while I got to play the protective boyfriend and protect her from moshing and the crowds. Well, in my head at least. After the show, most of the band knew who I was (yay) and I even got a special goodbye. Oh, and now my phone's graphitied up.
So, next time I see Alena is Thanksgiving. Ah well. At least we talk on the phone almost every day. The visit was a treat!
     Now, come back. . .
